Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network access subscription services provided by VPNNB. Creating an account, activating a subscription, purchasing a data package, or continuing to use the service means that you have read and agreed to follow these terms. Review them before use to confirm that they meet your needs.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNNB provides international route access covering 110+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The route directory, connection methods, and client download links are based on the information shown in the user panel at that time. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under the applicable plan rules; it does not transfer rights to the software, brand, route configurations, or technical documentation.

Cross-border access results may be affected by the user's location network, device configuration, route maintenance, target service rules, and network conditions. A route establishing a connection does not guarantee that a specific website, content, or regional feature will remain available. Users should verify suitability based on the target service's account region, usage rules, and actual connection results.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and support tickets initiated through the account. If unexpected access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, and this rule applies to devices managed by the account owner. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route configurations may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with others, nor may access be provided to third parties through top-ups, distribution, or other means. Users are responsible for managing traffic usage, configuration exposure, or unusual access resulting from inadequate credential protection.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are converted based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Purchases and renewals support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; actual availability is determined by the order and subscription records in the user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and content providers. Users may not use VPNNB for unlawful activities, launch network attacks, conduct malicious scans, distribute malware, send bulk disruptive messages, infringe intellectual property rights, or disrupt the normal operation of third-party systems.

Users may not attempt to interfere with route scheduling, bypass account permissions, modify the client to obtain unauthorized capabilities, or use abnormal automated requests that affect other users' connections. Users are legally responsible for complaints, disputes, administrative demands, or third-party claims arising from their conduct.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

VPNNB may adjust available routes, connection parameters, or client configurations as needed for route maintenance, network changes, security risks, and resource scheduling. Planned maintenance, unexpected network failures, adjustments by underlying network providers, local device issues, and changes to target services may cause interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of certain features.

Users should save important configurations and necessary materials, and confirm the impact before changing system permissions, network settings, or client versions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNNB is not liable for indirect losses caused by user configuration errors, third-party service changes, uncontrollable network events, or use that violates these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law expressly requires and does not permit to be excluded.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through a user panel ticket so the relevant account, order, and payment records can be verified. Refunds are governed by these terms and the order record, and do not change the user's duty to safeguard account credentials while the request is being processed.

If an account involves reselling or sharing a subscription, unlawful use, interference with service operation, unauthorized access to service capabilities, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNNB may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Where necessary to investigate anomalies, resolve disputes, or fulfill legal obligations, relevant records may be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account termination does not affect responsibilities and obligations that arose before termination.

Changes and Notices

VPNNB may revise these terms due to changes in service content, route rules, compliance requirements, or operational processes. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed; matters that materially affect user rights or subscription use may also be announced on the website or through the user panel.

Once revised terms take effect, continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If you disagree with the revisions, stop using the service and, where eligible under the refund terms, submit the relevant request through the user panel. See the Privacy Policy for information about account and personal data handling.
