Account, Connection, Routes & Billing

VPNNB Support Center

Choose a category for your issue, then follow the checks in order. For client and subscription matters, rely on the active plan status and current configuration shown in the user panel.

Account & Subscription

Your account is the central place for plans, client downloads, and subscription information. Subscription details are account data and should not be displayed publicly or forwarded.

Do I need an email address to create a VPNNB account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can recognize and store the password in a trusted password manager. Since your login credentials provide access to plans, subscriptions, and support tickets, do not share them with anyone.

How do I update my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel, open the download page, and copy the subscription information currently provided for your account. Then use the client’s update subscription or refresh configuration option. After updating, check that the route list has loaded again. If the old list remains, close and reopen the client, then update once more. Do not paste subscription information on public websites or forward it to others.

Do I need to buy again when I change devices?

No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNNB does not limit the number of devices connected at the same time. Sign in to the same account on the new device, then download the compatible client and subscription from the user panel. Download access depends on your active plan status. When retiring the old device, delete any saved subscription information from it.

Which operating systems does VPNNB support?

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. The marketing site does not provide direct links to static installers; download clients from the user panel download page. Sign in to access your subscription. Download access depends on your active plan status. Before installing, make sure you select the version for your device’s platform.

What should I do first if I lose my account credentials?

First check your password manager, login records saved by you in your browser, and the username you kept when creating the account. Avoid repeatedly trying large numbers of possible combinations. If you still cannot verify the credentials, submit a ticket through the available user-panel entry and include information that can help verify the order. Never disclose your password or full subscription information on a public page.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Check connection problems in order: plan status, local network, subscription updates, route changes, and system permissions. Avoid changing several settings at once, or the cause may be difficult to identify.

What should I check, and in what order, if I cannot connect after importing a subscription?

First confirm that your plan is still active, then update the subscription and reload the route list. Next switch to another route, check that the client has system network permission, and temporarily disable other acceleration or proxy configurations that may also be taking control of the network. Reconnect after these checks. If multiple routes fail, include the operating system, client message, and troubleshooting steps already taken in your ticket.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

A common cause is that the client is in rule mode and the app’s requests match a direct-connection rule, or the system is not passing the app’s traffic to the active network extension. Switch temporarily to a global connection mode for comparison and check whether the app works again. Then review routing rules, system permissions, and the app’s own network settings. Restore the original mode when troubleshooting is complete.

What should I do if a subscription update fails or shows a blank result?

First make sure you copied the complete subscription information currently shown in the user panel, without extra spaces at either end or missing sections. Check that your local network is working, then remove the invalid old configuration from the client and import it again. If the client still reports a format or request error, compare with a client on another supported platform to distinguish a subscription-reading issue from a client-specific configuration problem.

What should I do if the connection drops after switching from Wi-Fi to another network?

Switching networks changes the local exit path and existing connection state, so the client may need to establish a new session. Disconnect from the current route, wait until the system confirms that the new network can access web pages normally, and reconnect. If the status remains stuck on connecting, close and reopen the client, then test another route. Do not keep multiple network-control tools active at the same time.

How can I confirm that the connection is working?

After the client shows that you are connected, open VPNNB’s IP check page and confirm whether the current exit information has changed, then visit the service you actually need to use. A changed client status alone does not prove that the target service will work, since account region, content rules, and local cache can also affect the result. Assess both the exit check and the target-service test together.

Speed & Routes

Stability depends on the local network, route path, client status, and target service. Compare routes against the same access target, and do not treat a single result as ongoing proof.

What should I do about slowdowns during peak hours?

First rule out congestion on the local wireless network, background downloads, system updates, and other sources of usage. Then update the subscription and compare other routes in the same target region. After connecting, observe loading performance on the same target page rather than comparing different content. If every route slows down at once, test again later and state the local network type, target region, and affected scenario in your ticket.

How should I choose a route region?

Choose the exit region based on the requirements of the target website or app, then select a route from that region’s list. For everyday web access, compare connection stability first. Streaming and AI Tools also require checking the account region, content licensing, and the target service’s own rules. VPNNB covers 110+ countries / 240+ routes; the routes available to you are listed in the signed-in route directory.

Why is streaming content still unavailable even though the route connects?

A connected route only shows that a network path has been established; it does not guarantee that the target platform offers content for that region. The platform may consider the exit region, account region, content rights, cache, and payment region together. Sign out of the target app and clear its cache, confirm that the account region matches your viewing needs, then test another route in the same region. The final result depends on the platform’s rules at that time.

How should I troubleshoot slow loading or repeated disconnections in AI Tools?

First confirm that the AI tool itself accepts your login. Close downloads that are using bandwidth, then try other routes in the target region. Long conversations, file uploads, and continuous output are more sensitive to connection continuity, so start with a simple text request to verify the basic connection. If the web version works but the client does not, check browser extensions, app routing rules, and system network permissions.

Why does the same route perform differently on different devices?

Connection performance is affected by the local network, device performance, system network extensions, client rules, and background tasks. Connect the devices to the same network, choose the same route, and access the same target content before comparing results. If only one device has a problem, check that device’s system permissions, routing settings, and other network tools before assuming the route itself has failed.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different data rules. Before submitting an order, verify the plan name, data allowance, amount, and account. The user-panel record is the source of truth for the order result.

What monthly subscription tiers are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on actual use such as browsing, video, and file transfers rather than a single usage scenario. Plan details and current status are shown in the user panel.

How are data packages billed, and do they expire?

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. They suit usage patterns that do not require a monthly data reset. Before purchasing, distinguish the rules for monthly subscriptions from those for data packages and choose according to how often you use them.

When does monthly subscription data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, not according to the calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status, and target tier in the user panel, then submit the change after confirming the details.

Which payment methods can I use?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Open the plan page in the user panel, select the relevant plan, and review the currently available payment options. Before paying, verify the plan name, amount, and account. Do not pay through collection details from unknown sources outside the page. Check the order record in the user panel for the current status.

How do I request a refund?

VPNNB offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, open the ticket entry in the user panel, select the relevant order, describe the refund request, and keep the order status and submission record. Refund scope and handling are governed by the Terms of Service. Before the result is confirmed, avoid creating multiple requests with the same content.
